Meet the Staff - Blair Kelly

13/08/2025

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing staff profiles so you can get to know the people who make our programmes possible.

This is an opportunity to find out who’s helping Morton in the Community thrive both on and off the pitch.

First up, Blair Kelly.

Name

Blair Kelly

Job Role

Football For All Lead

Length of time you have worked at MitC

11 Months

What are your main responsibilities

To oversea every project that involves football on a pitch.

What does a typical week look like for you

At the moment, the teams require a lot of my time, but moving forward, my main focus will shift to the Extra Time project, expanding our classes and camps, and developing new football-based initiatives across Inverclyde and the surrounding areas.

What are the best bits of working at MitC

A strong, positive culture among staff in the office, all working together to deliver impactful projects that make Inverclyde a better place.

What has been your biggest success in your role so far

I’d say our Pay What You Can Camps and the development of a strong, active Morton Community Club are key achievements. The committee is made up of dedicated individuals who are committed to improving the teams and driving the club forward.

What are you looking forward to over the next 12 months

I'm looking forward to building on my core projects, Extra Time, Micro/Mini, and Holiday Camps, while continuing to support the committee as they push the Morton Community Club forward.
