The week will culminate in an all-day STEM event hosted at the Watt Institute (formally McLean Museum).  This will feature Science Shows throughout the day, presented by the Glasgow Science Centre, together with hands-on STEM activities.  These will include: an introduction to electronic circuits using Snapcircuits, engineering Lego - simple machines, renewables & pneumatics, Bee Keeping demonstration (no live bees), designing & creating with cardboard using Makedo kits, make your own molecules in the chemistry of everyday things & a demonstration of 3d scanning of museum artefacts.
